Jay Penn- Secretary

Born in Australia, but now living in Galway, Jay Penn picked up the Disc Golf bug after watching a random video on YouTube. He quickly bought a few discs online and started throwing them around while walking his dog (a practice he continues to this day!). An illustrator by trade, he was commissioned by JoMezPro to create artwork for its popular 'Why Are Trees' products.

He hopes to one day be able to bomb. The quest continues...

Gary Parr- Treasurer

Gary has been spreading the word since 2004 and is happy to see the sport really starting to gain momentum in Ireland. He was the founder of DGNI and has been instrumental in setting up every course in Northern Ireland to date.

While playing mainly for fun, he also enjoys the friendly spirit of competition. He has been TD of many local events and has played competitively in the UK and Ireland. In 2019 he travelled to Norway to compete in the 1st Oslo Classic, playing the memorable course at Krokhol.
